Dental website cost: what your quote should actually include
Understand our published dental website price bands, content responsibilities, enquiry handling and the scope questions to settle before a build.
A dental website quote is useful only when you can tell what will be delivered. A five-page practice website and a multi-location site with separate treatment pages are different projects, even if both are described as a dental website.
Start with scope, then compare prices
First Look Sites publishes starter website projects at $1,500–$2,500, standard projects at $2,500–$4,500 and premium projects at $4,500–$7,500. These are our project bands, not a claim about average market prices. Starter scope is roughly five pages; larger page sets and integrations require a written estimate. Optional care is published at $99–$299 per month, with its workload agreed separately.
Write down the pages and who supplies their content
List the homepage, practitioner profiles, treatment information, visit details and contact page before comparing proposals. A treatment page needs an approved explanation, not a service name repeated with a different heading. Decide who writes it, who checks clinical accuracy and when the clinic supplies photographs. Review counts, credentials and patient results need reliable sources and permission.
Specify what an appointment request does
A contact form can send an enquiry to the practice without confirming a slot. A live booking integration may need a third-party subscription and access to an existing scheduling system. Ask which outcome the quote includes, who receives the message, how errors are handled and who tests delivery before launch. Do not assume a calendar-shaped interface is connected to a booking system.
Separate the website fee from recurring costs
Domain registration, hosting arrangements, email delivery, scheduling tools and paid stock assets can have separate costs. Our published pricing treats third-party costs separately. Confirm account ownership and renewal responsibility in writing so the clinic can manage the site after handover.
Agree how the preview and revisions work
A public design sample helps compare directions. A private First Look Preview is prepared for a qualified project under written terms. Agree which pages will be previewed, how feedback is collected, the included revision rounds and what triggers approval. Work outside that scope needs a separate decision; a preview should not imply unlimited redesign.
Check the handover and measurement plan
Your proposal should identify who updates opening hours, fixes a failed form and checks mobile pages after launch. Analytics can show visits and enquiry events once consent and measurement are configured. They do not establish how many patients attended the clinic. Keep website enquiries separate from confirmed bookings and clinic revenue.
To request a useful estimate, send your current website, clinic location, required pages, preferred contact method and target launch date. Include a sample direction you like. We can then confirm scope and suitability before preparing a private preview.
