I started in digital marketing—learning how local professionals win attention, trust and enquiries. I then built my own products so I would never sell only theory: RetentionYT (SaaS for YouTube script retention audits) and NSE Scan (an independent market scanner for educational exploration, not investment advice). First Look Sites is the agency that packages that same craft—design, SEO foundations, forms and conversion—into private website previews for practices that want to see work before they pay.
Hi, I’m Nirmal Lashkari—a software engineer and website strategist based in Indore, India. As founder of First Look Sites, I build high-quality websites for professionals who want more qualified enquiries without buying blind.
With over 5 years in digital delivery and 10 years of corporate experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I understand both the technical and business sides of a practice. My MBA from DAVV University, Indore helps me combine technology with practical commercial strategy.
Today I work with clients in tier-1 markets—especially the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Europe and the Middle East—who want professional, conversion-focused websites with clear communication and personal accountability.
